I can't believe it either!! I just knew there was no way I was going to be able to run 9 miles on a treadmill, 6 was bad enough and with a group run I know if anything happens I am not alone, though I am much slower than everyone else, especially in the snow!! It was only cold while we waited on everyone to get there and then the first 2 miles. I almost didn't go at all, so glad I did, I feel very accomplished and sore, should have stretched!

I wish I knew how to give you the mojo!! I think it is my addictive personality, but everyone I run with has a reason, some run so they can eat, others just for the fun, something to do with their spouse, to get fit, lose weight and some just because they like to win. There are 237 people in my running group and it is a private group on facebook. Having the monthly challenges helps too.

As for my hair it looks really blonde, but it isn't and I am horrible at selfies, lol, I even hate that word!

So how about you?? Ready for spring? You and hubby still working hard at it??

I'm a sucky friend, that blog made what time I had left over after logging and pointing gone quickly, and truly way less steps last week. So how is it going. My scale is up and down as I knew it would be. Started half training so trying to eat a little more just because I know when I get up to running 20-25 miles a week it is going to leave quickly.

Hubby still down with all this new stuff?

Any movement of the scale downward is a good thing!!!!! Congrats on a big loss! Congrats to the hubby too, that is awesome, keep the lines of communication open, big props for the team work, hubby and I use to have that, but he won't get on my wagon anymore, I think I scare him a little! lol
