Hi! You and I seem to be at the exact same spot in weight and goal weight right now. :)
Right now, let's just get your mood up. (read my blogs if you needs some laughs) Commit to just 10 minutes of exercise each day. For me, this gave me energy by the 3rd week. Next, make any small commitment and stick to it every day for a week. Don't pick anything that you think you'll skip. Just REACHING that little goal will begin to lift your spirits. Our point needs to be improving lifestyle...don't focus on your weight right now. Just work on being happy where you are right now. Okay? I wish I could help u not feel so alone. But u have to readily help yourself on this one. Sometimes if u go out and volunteer, do something for someone else changes your mindset to a more positive one. stay close on so and make friends. I will friend 336 days ago
Thanks for the info. I think I'm going to try it, I'm real stuck right now. Maybe it will help me that much. Even 20 some pounds would be great at this point. I sure don't want to spend that much money and if it gets to be too much of a sales thing, I will quit. I hope that you learn something with the hormone testing, something that helps you.
