I'm a 52 yr old woman living in Norfolk Ne. I've struggled with my weight all my life. I also have had life long depression.
I've tried many weigh loss solutions and usually stay on them for at least a year. Unless they are very restrictive. Then about 3months. I've had some weight loss (30) lbs but usually gain it back. I'm very afraid that I will not find the real solution for me. So I keep trying.

If you love bread and can easily eat too much of it you may be sensitive to it. It's like an addiction - that's why I recommended reading that book Wheat Belly. It explains it better.

I'm not saying you should stay on the 17DD because it is hard for a vegetarian, but if you do, the suggestions there may help.

Hey, thanks for "dropping by". Yes we started on here about the same time. It's hard but just have to realize that if we keep working at this, by the time we get to our goals we will have lost the crazy cravings, our metabolism will be revved up and our good habits will be developed. And then overeating will not be a problem. I need to combat my carb cravings by eating more protein. I need to combat emotional eating by exercising my body and entertaining my mind. Sounds like you were doing a plan early this year that worked for you. You can do it again!!
