My Goals:
I will lose 20 lbs. by my birthday at the end of June.
Exercising 3 times a week at Curves or other exercise.
Cut down on drinking diet sodas. Jan. 30th
Drinking more water--which I never have had trouble with until just recently.
Getting my life back on track and a routine planned and not just going from day to day.

I can do this. emoticon

My Program:
I have a hard time making goals. Right now I am trying to cut back on drinking diet sodas, exercising 4 times a week, and planning my meals each week.

Personal Information:
My name is Vickie and I am from northeast Tennessee about 2 miles for the Bristol Motor Speedway, if you know about Nascar. I am married to a wonderful husband and we like to ride motorcycles. I like to read and crochet. I like to shop and I love jewelry.

Vee; Come join this challenge with me; Eat up slim down. It's a 4 week challenge. I think it's eating a lot of veggies. But I thought it might be worth trying. I always want to eat while I'm at work. Check it out. I joined it today but I haven't been to the store so I'm not ready to start today. I'll b ready to start next week. No biggy -- my first week take 2 weeks. Hope to see you there! emoticon

My Goals:

I'm going to walk the dog 2x a week for 2 weeds then I will increase to 3x per week. Plus starting the 3rd week I will start exercising 1-2 times a week. By end of March I will be walking 5K. By June/July 10K.

Starting tomorrow no more candy. 2nd week no more chips. Each day I stick to this goal I get a sparkgoodie. end of month I get a cd or something, buy me a present.

Lose 2.5lbs per week. in 3 months lose 30 lbs. by june I'll weigh less than 200lbs. current weight 252lbs.

Feb I will make some more new goals (such as smaller healthier portions; plate--0.5 veggie/fruit 0.25 carb 0.25 protein.)

Jan I plan to track my food, water, exercise. Plus login every day. emoticon

WHOOPS! Jan 1 is already here! Have you made your game plan, Neither have I. We need to plan how we are going to start---remember lets start slow with small goals. I'll figure out my game plan and i'll let you what it is so you can hold me to it. emoticon

On Jan 1, 2014 I want you to come up with a game plan on exactly what you are going to do each day to get healthier. I too will come up with one. Make sure they are little goals to start--that way maybe this time we will make it to long term weight loss and healthier. Each day we will check with each other. I know we keep trying but this time we will get it right. emoticon
