BUILD SOME DANG CONSISTENCY!!! Tone up and be healthy. =Energy to be active =Stamina to go on backpacking trips =Feel strong and confident BMI of 21 (120 lbs.) Body Fat of 20% (120 lbs.)
My Program:
Just DO IT! 1. Exercise 30 min or more a day, except one rest day a week. 2. Log in my food. Everything! Visualize how I will look when I am physically fit. Give myself as clear of a vision as possible. Strength Train 3x/wk Cardio 3x/wk Talk to MADZOE and MOJOMEL for support when needed. I need to do this my damn self! But they are there for me too. :-)
