Hi, My name is Vickie. I am 26 years old and live in Ohio.

Mini goal:
Reach 130 by my B-day (Aug. 8)

Eat clean 85 % of the time

Eat at least 90 g of protein a day - this is a big struggle for me, I have no problem eating my fruits and veggies - but I am not much of a meat eater

Allow myself a piece of chocolate a day

Cardio - 50 min. 5 days a week

Strenght train - 3 days a week - 30 min. (I hate strength ...

Hi Vicky,

I saw your "I binged" post and just wanted to tell you that you are not alone! I don't know your background, nor your situation, but independently of the why, just keep moving forward. If you don't feel like exercising due to the bloating/stomach pain, just go for a walk--- until your stomach feels better! You'll still have endorphins released and you'll feel better! Oh, I can so relate to how you feel... just get up, brush off and continue where you left off. Make sure you eat enough,so you don't get yourself into a ravenous state and be prepared for more intense food cravings at TOM-- it's just he way it is-LOL!
