I did both classes and made it through both but didn't have very heavy weights for Body Pump. My arms were shaking the entire time though! It was very intense!

I completely understand what you mean about all the info out there....so much to figure out! I think seeing a nutritionist is a great idea. Keep me posted on how it goes!

Thanks for calling me a bad ass! (Funny what we call compliments, right?)

I love the strength training aspect of things....it makes me feel powerful. But I honestly would never have gotten this far without working with a trainer. I'm lazy by myself. I need that motivation.

And trust me....anyone can do this kind of stuff, it just takes time and work. I never would have thought, four years ago, that I'd be doing any of this stuff!
