Thanks for calling me a bad ass! (Funny what we call compliments, right?)

I love the strength training aspect of things....it makes me feel powerful. But I honestly would never have gotten this far without working with a trainer. I'm lazy by myself. I need that motivation.

And trust me....anyone can do this kind of stuff, it just takes time and work. I never would have thought, four years ago, that I'd be doing any of this stuff!

You'll definitely get there again...it just takes time! And a slow build up. And listening to you body.

I was on the dreadmill today, and got a 5k done in 34:38. Ran for 23 min straight, and only walked for 4 minutes. Progress! Granted, my knee is a little sore, but I'll swim tomorrow to give it a break.

How have you been feeling?
