Lose 8 lbs in 60 days

Currently SPIN 3X a week and take Pilates 1X a week. Walk my dog 4X a day for 30 min each walk. Very motivated to change up what I need to do to lose 8 lbs in 60 days. I work 12 hours, 5 days a week on the computer- outside sales. Turned 50 in February, have been 16% body fat previously, am currently 19%. Would be happy at 17%!
