A New Year--A New Me!

I have been losing and gaining weight since I was just a kid. As long as I kept active, I seemed to be able to keep it under some amount of control. The problem is, I'm not naturally active--I'd rather sit, watch TV, read, knit--all very sedentary activities. But, I've reached THAT point where I think, "this is enough." It's time to make a change--no matter how hard it will be. And I know it will be hard to lose 175 pounds!

I'm starting slowly--trying to start moving. I have become so sedentary that this is the first thing I must change.

Just read your post at Official 28 day bootcamp challenge and something caught my eye - we are about the same weight. I had just posted a question as to whether there was anyone doing the challenge at our weight and age (I am 62 will be 63 in 7 weeks) so am interested in following your progress.
