I have missed several days entirely with tracking my food. I find it to be a pain in the a*s, but I do know I feel better when I am accountable for what I eat. Had really bad acid reflux over the weekend after not tracking food for several days. Started tracking again on Tuesday, and am feeling much better. :) Thanks for asking Mjohemme.

Glad to see you doing so well tracking your fitness. Are you doing as well tracking your food? emoticon I know I seem to track it well at work, but then not at home. Something I need to improve on.
