Losing weight....again!!
I am currently in training for 2 runs; a 10k in April and the Marine Corps Marathon in DC, in October. I will sign up for some other runs between the 2 as well, to keep me motivated. I exercise at least 6 days a week. I enjoy running outside but find that I run faster on the treadmill. Having these goals keeps me motivated to keep going to the gym and to keep watching my diet. I am starting to look at food as fuel...what a novice idea! LOL

My Goals:
Ultimately I'd like to be a size 13/14. So, I need to weigh about 155 pounds. I don't aspire to weigh 120. I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. So, my first goal is 259, then 245 then 220, 199 and then 155.
My Program:
I am watching what I eat, concentrating on REAL foods and getting in those veggies! I am also back to running. Yes, fat girls CAN run! I love how I feel afterwards. Ultimately, I would love to run a 1/2 marathon.
Personal Information:
I live in the beautiful, wet, Pacific Northwest!
Other Information:
My favorite books would have to be Harry Potter, Gone With the Wind, The Red Tent and anything by Phillipa Gregory.
