    HI, I hope you are feeling ok. I noticed that you have not blogged for a while. I read a comment you wrote about one of Coach Nicole's exercises. In that post you mentioned you have "positional vertigo". I too am plagued w/ balance issues - - mine were caused by a medication, an antibiotic actually. I don't usually run into anyone else w/ anything even close to my situation. Anyway, I just wanted to say "Hello" and hope all is well w/ you. Take care,

    to the Perimenopause...Team. Please feel free to ask questions. We are a friendly group of ladies all going through the same Season in our lives. emoticon

    Also, please feel free to check out our Team's goals. We purposely made them just for our Team.

    For example, the 'stretching 5 minutes' is important, especially when we feel too hormonal to exercise. The next best thing is to stretch a little. It can help us feel better in the long run.
