Time for a Change!

I lost about 100 pounds four years ago, and have been stuck at this weight forever! I'll lose 10 pounds and put it back on again. I must find a way to curb my emotional eating.

I know what you mean - I don't necessarily 'digest' all the information in articles, as it wouldn't stick in my head anyhow. But I usually glean a couple of good tips that do stay with me, and I figure - every little bit helps! :-)

LOL! My *walking* speed. This is really funny to me. Because I am actually going at a very slow jogging pace.....very, very slow....like a 15minute mile. And it was just yesterday that I was reading an article online and realized exactly how slow I'm moving. I'm pretty comfortable in the two/three mile distance right now. So, I'm about to start working on increasing my speed. I want to get closer to a 10 minute mile. Wish me luck!

Oh...and I am doubly impressed by your consistency.

YOU ROCK!!!

Hi hon! Hope you're having a good day. I've been doing some reading this morning, and I came across this website:

http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/16422495
.php

It seems to have a lot of common-sense advice on it (to my mind!) and although I haven't looked at that section yet, they have info on Byetta. Anyhow, I thought this might be of interest to you. :-D

Attagirl - I see it's moving to the RIGHT side of the tracker! emoticon

Just dropped a note to the 'Endocrinologist' thread, curious as to how the Byetta is going. :-)
