I've finally had it. Exercise alone isn't working for me, and I know my portion sizes are through the roof. I have to cut back on eating. At this point, I'm not sure why other than boredom. I am working on finding an interest to engage in during the evening when eating for me is strongest. In the meantime, I will work on these two weeks to learn my portion sizes and scale back at least 30%.

Starting a no equipment exercise program focusing on cardio to start to burn fat and hopefully charge my metabolism.

Other Information:
I know I'm bored, and need something interesting to do during the evenings to stay away from food, and focused on an activity - winter is a really bad time for me.
