I am going to learn to live life to the fulllest!

2012 was a good year for me! I used Alli to lose 85 pounds (2010). I've had gastric bypass and lost 112 pounds (2011). This year I want to lose another 25 pounds. My life has changed so much! I am more outgoing, more willing to strike up a conversation with strangers. I love shopping! I can't stay still and sit at home like I use. I'm always on the go! I'm back in college! I am learning to live life to the fullest!

My Goals:
I met most of my goals for 2012. I am a size 12 down from a size 20 or 22 at the beginning of 2012. I started jogging! I am off all diabetes medication. I am off 1 of 2 blood pressure medication in 2012.

GOALS FOR 2013:
1. Get to a size 10 (met as of 1/20/13)
2. Get off my one blood pressure medication.
3. Jog for 30 minutes (met as of 01/25/13). Have to give credit to Jillian Michaels DVDs. I don't like her attitude on Biggest Loser but I do respect her knowledge of fitness and nutrition).
4. Join a fitness class at the gym.
5. Eat cleaner (less sugar, fat, simple carbs).
6. Become a walk leader with Leslie Sansone's group.
7. Meet more people, and maybe even start dating! (met as of 01/20/13~~)

UPDATED GOALS FOR 2013:
1. Become a walk leader with Leslie Sansone's group.
2. At a size 10 now, so firm up more (don't want any additional surgery if I don't have to).
3. Eat cleaner (less sugar, fat, simple carbs).

My Program:
Complex carbs, lean protein, low sugar. Five to six days cardio and 3 to 4 days strength training.

Personal Information:
I am a native Floridian. Love Florida! We have a beautiful state!

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
