My Goals:
I'd like to lose 5kg (11lb) & gain energy & health by June 18, 2013.

Subgoals =
1. Exercise a minimun of 10 minutes daily
2. Track my calories & exercise daily

My Program:
1. Track calories daily. Stay within 1000-1100 daily limit.
2. Track exercise daily. Do a minimum of 10 minutes daily no matter what I feel like


Personal Information:
I live in the mountains 1.5 hours outside of Sydney, Australia. I work in Sydney & in the mountains.

You are such an inspiration to me. Even though I have still been walking (up to 20,000 steps a day), I have such a struggle with food at times. I've still been posting some and checking the threads and I'm back on track again. Seeing your posts has been very helpful for me. emoticon
