Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for 38 years and hope more. I have two children a Son (Samuel) 36 and Daughter (Leah) 34 & Son in Law (Marlon) 33 & Grandson (Xander) 1. All the kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - Had a grand son Xander Sept 2, 2014 - July 27, 2009, and Feb 10, 2011 - I was honored to be selected as a Spark people Motivator!

Other Information:
I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

    In your quest to be more active, lose weight and/or eat a healthy diet, you need to chart your course. Having a plan is the way to go. The old adage “fail to plan and plan to fail” holds true. In order to reach your goal, you need to have a specific strategy. Don’t just say “I will exercise more”, instead say “I will walk for at least 30 minutes 7 days a week”, and then do it. Don’t say “I will eat more fruit and vegetables”, instead set the goal of having at least 1 – 2 vegetables or fruit at each meal. Write your goals down post your outline where you can see it. Chart your course and you WILL reach your destination.
