I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for 37 years and hope more. I have two children a Son 35 and Daughter 32. Both kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - Had a grand son Xander Sept 2, 2014

I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

I'm going to try it this week-end. Appreciate it when it includes the nutritional value, otherwise you don't know how it affects your food plan.

There's only a few hours left in February so keep pushing to meet those goals! It's time to set up your March Spark plan and find that road to success with healthy living!
