I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for 37 years and hope more. I have two children a Son 35 and Daughter 32. Both kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - Had a grand son Xander Sept 2, 2014

Other Information:
I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

Thank you for stopping by my blog, One More Step -- I'm trying hard to follow my own advice. Today it's raining though, so hard to get in a lot of steps when you can't get out to take a WALK!! Of course just having all this time with my daughter is a treat for me.

Thanks for reading yet another blog, Vicki! Burr! The pictures on your page look cold -- it's been awhile since I've seen snow!

It is really nice to have some time with Renee, especially on the days we are completely alone -- I find myself laughing a lot lately, but it would be boring to others if we weren't alone, lots of old memories that no one else would relate to -- you know how that goes.

Here are 4 great tips to stay motivated and to keep moving forward with your SPARK plan:

Track your progress: Journaling your progress is a great way to help you stay on track. At least once a week, take time to reflect on your fitness journey. Seeing how far you've come will help push you forward! emoticon

Snap a photo: Take a photo of yourself every four weeks. The evidence allows you to see the effects your program is having on your appearance and it will keep you inspired to continue.

Have some friends: We all know the value of having our SP friends there for support and encouragement. They help us stay focused on our program and provide a sense of understanding as we relate to our struggles. emoticon
