Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for 40 years and hope more. I have two children a Son (Samuel) 38 and Daughter in Law Hotaru and Step Grandson Michael 8 and Grand Daughter Nicole 6 months old - and a Daughter (Leah) 35 & Son in Law (Marlon) 35 & Grandson (Xander) 3 and one on the way in DEC. All the kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - on July 27, 2009, Feb 10, 2011, Nov 21, 2017 - I was honored to be selected as a Spark people Motivator!


Other Information:
I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

    January is flying by!!!! There are only 10 days left in this month! It's time to review our goals and give thought to our progress. I hope you'll join me in kicking up the fitness routine a notch, monitoring the nutrition and staying hydrated! My challenge to you this week is to add some extra fitness time to your schedule -- perhaps ask a family member or friend to join you! I'm sure the final 10 days of January will fly by fast -- just like the first part of this month! Keep a smile on your face and a positive outlook! You are living a healthier lifestyle!
