I going to try to do this by eating like humans do and get plenty of bike time in when the weather clears. But for now the treadmill and stationary bike will have to do.
I've never thought as myself as fat. But it's time to wake up. I work 50-100 hours a week so making time for me is a challange. I spent too much time doing nothing when I'm camping, other than drinking beer. So for I've cut down the beer to almost nothing.
