My Goals:
Good Morning everyone! Much has been keeping me busy and yet I am realizing that I have been neglecting myself as far as my progress is concern. One of the advantages when you are on the products you are nor really skipping out on your nutrition, but I do know I have to redirect my calorie intake so I can get back on track.
I have set up a new goal for the end of this year and that is to reach 150 by the end of this year. By then a new goal will be set up for that year.
For whatever that it is, I want to let everyone of you to know my plans to start training for the Tough Mudder Event at Olypmic Fitness in North Attleboro. The event will be held in May 2013. So I want to lose that extra 22 or 25 lbs to be at the start of my training on January 1st. I will appreciate your support! :)

My Program:
I plan to stay on a 1200 to 1500 cal Meal plan using Herbalife Products including the Herbalife 24 Sport Series.
Plus going to the gym 3-4 times per week doing a combination of cardio and strength training excercises.
I plan to follow this program until December 31st until I start the tough Mudder prepartory program.
