My Goals:
My goals at the moment are to get down to a healthy weight so i can better look after my family.

My Program:
At the moment my program consists of a lil bit of home exercise as well as going out and being more active when possible, and watching what I'm eating. I've also increased my water intake while lowering to almost nothing my other fluid intake.
