At least 60 minutes of cardio a day and ten minutes of strength training.
Counting every calorie.
Drinking Lots of Water (I believe that in the past this has boosted my sluggish metabolism)
Eating something first thing in the morning (this has also boosted my metabolism in the past)
I'm a Canadian girl originally but I have been bouncing around the states for the last 5 years. I've lived in Texas and Kansas but have finally settled down in Montana. I love it here.
Happy Friday! Control is a tough issue for a lot of us. We can control some of what we do, but we can’t control everything! Keep pushing towards your goals. Even if you do not reach all of them, don’t give up! You can alter your goals or make new ones! Do your best to keep a positive and/or realistic attitude. You are AMAZING and WONDERFUL!
