For you my friend.

I got my exercise in today but I did not do so well with the food plan.
I lost today's challenge, but that is what a challenge is all about, right? If it were easy it would not be a challenge!

Want to give it a go again sometime?
Just say the word.

Thank you for your comment on my blog post. I too believe I am here for the long haul....it's been over three years already. Though my consistency and vigor ebs and flows....I always come back home. The support and tools available here fit my personality. Thank you for your support. It's not just the tracking and reading information. It is the affirmation that what one of goes through, others have or are. For me, it helps.

It is NOT me, it is my mother-in-law that is now diabetic. She will not listen to any advice from me OR her doctor. emoticon

Your wonderful message gave me such a lift today. Thank you so much for taking the time to send it. I felt your compassion and understanding in your words. Spark friends like you are what make sticking with this program so much easier than when I have tried to do this on my own.

I hope you have a fun Valentine's Day and find many reasons to smile today.
