Need to Change

Passed the big five-o and kicked it off with a heart attack and double bypass surgery. Happened back in December of 2012 and almost a year later I've done nothing to change. This is my big step, hoping that I can actually have some success.

It would be nice to make friends here and help support each other while trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle so if you're interested just add me as a Sparkfriend and hit me up anytime.

Hey there! Thanks for chiming in to encourage me on my blog post. I really appreciate it. I also had a heart attack in 2013...gawd it doesn't seem like it was that long ago! I was so determined to be in the 15% of people who actually change long term after a heart related "episode", but then, life came along and the holidays popped up and so on and so forth went my commitment to myself. Congratulations on your strides in the right direction! Be well. Praying we both get into and stay in that awesome bracket of the 15%.
