Personal Information:
I am tired of being the size that I have become and being discounted for it. Vinnielou is learning a new mindset, removing old obsticales and excuses.

My goal is to eliminate road blocks (EXCUSES) that hold myself back from being the person and living the life and doing the things that I want to do.

Inch by Inch, little by little to permanent changes. I will learn about me and what I need to be healthy and happy.
