Healthy New Mama
I've always tried to be healthy and have a healthy attitude, but keep losing it every once in a while. I've battled depression since I was a teenager and sometimes it wins for long periods of time. I'm currently on an up-swing and ready to get started on the next leg of my journey.
My beautiful baby girl is my motivation now. I want to be here for her, and be happy and healthy and provide a good, stable environment for her. The best way to do that is to take care of me. So, ...

Current goal: Run the St. Paddy's 5K on 13Mar10. *COMPLETE*
Short-term goal: Complete first round of P90X by 1Apr10
Medium-term goal: Be able to run a 10K by 1May10.
Long-term goal: Lose 35-40 lbs and be happy and healthy for my baby girl.
