It's taken me 41 years to learn to take baby steps. Long term goals are great but if you can't attain your short term goals you'll just become too frustrated. Wow; what a novel idea LOL

Diet (healthier eating), running, biking, total gym; ohhh and diet

Don't want to talk about the old but look to the new, refreshed and healthier person I know I can be.

Work too much; one of my crutches in life. Need to change that

im sorry, i missed your question about training on the bike in your photo comment....

I dont follow any particular training protocol although I should. I hate to say it but so much of what I do is done pretty much by shooting from the hip. I will say this though that strength training has really made the difference. My third ride ever this year was 70 miles... nuts I know but I was able to do it and finish strong. the only thing I can attribute that too was a solid strength training protocol over the winter.
