My Goals:
To loose 30 lbs by April 12, 2013 which is 2 lbs a week and doable. To workout every day for 60 minutes. To fit into my size 6 clothes. To set a good example to my family and friends. To promote health in all ways. To beat sweets! To turn to the Lord instead of food when times of trial come my way!
My Program:
Fitting in as much exercise as I can whenever possible and really being aware and tracking everything I eat or drink! Work workout daily.
Personal Information:
I've been married for 21 years to my high school sweetheart. We have two sons who are 13 & 16. My husband has a good job so I can stay home full-time with the kids. I teach indoor cycling classes and SilverSneaker classes at a local gym.
Other Information:
I'm very active in my church. I co-lead bible studies for women and have planned the ladies retreat for the past 6 yrs. We live in an older house built in 1902 that we are bit by bit fixing up! I love to be outside. Love being on my bicycle during warm weather. Love my family and love Jesus!
