My Goals:
My goals are:

1. To decrease my body fat % from 20% to 15%

2. To be on the pages of fitness magazine.

4. To do level 3 Personal Training course

My Program:
Training :

1. Weight training 3-4 times , cardio 3 times a week as i'm teaching 7 classes a week so this is where my cardio comes from.

2. Eat as CLEAN as i can and stay focused

Hi Vicky and your more than welcome. From what I can see your beautiful and dont ever let age stop you from your dreams. I never thought I would be boxing and weight training at 48yrs old. I get alot of flack from family and friends but for the first time in my life I feel great.
I have muscles!!! never thought I would have those (lol). I have even been asked once I get to my goal to compete in a figure competition never thought that would happen and I just might. So you see age is just a number go for your dreams and dont let anyone stop you, you have alot of support advice and encouragement here.
