I have some short term and some long term goals. My first goal is to By the date of my sister and best friend's wedding on 2/22/2014, I will be below 300 pounds. By my youngest daughter's wedding on 9/6/2014, I will be below 275 and hopefully closer to 250 pounds. By the end of 2014 I want to be at or below 230 pounds.
I am trying to log everything that I eat and drink every day on SP. I read at least one article and take away some tip or thought from it that will help and inspie me in my journey.
Thanks for the Spark Goodie flowers and I want you to know that you can kick your diabetes as well. First I started off lowering my metformin, then I quit taking it all together and now a year and a half later I am no longer diabetic!!!! I'm sorry I haven't had time to write to you. This migraine has really been kicking my bootie and it takes all my energy just to concentrate. I'd love to hear from you, though and if you want to talk to me about the drama in Wisconsin I'd be happy to listen. You're a wonderful friend and a great support. Yea you Yvonne! Great job on your weight loss this week! Keep it up! It looks like you are getting very close to a major goal! I remember when I broke through to the 2's and how happy I was. I am sure I woke every one up with my happy dance. Keep working on it!
