I have some short term and some long term goals. My first goal is to By the date of my sister and best friend's wedding on 2/22/2014, I will be below 300 pounds. By my youngest daughter's wedding on 9/6/2014, I will be below 275 and hopefully closer to 250 pounds. By the end of 2014 I want to be at or below 230 pounds.
I am trying to log everything that I eat and drink every day on SP. I read at least one article and take away some tip or thought from it that will help and inspie me in my journey.
Yea you Yvonne! Great job on your weight loss this week! Keep it up! It looks like you are getting very close to a major goal! I remember when I broke through to the 2's and how happy I was. I am sure I woke every one up with my happy dance. Keep working on it!
