Sorry to hear about your rough week. Hope things get better soon and that your Dad gets over his illnesses. I think that is so cool that you coach b-ball for 5-6 yr olds. How fun!! I loved playing b-ball when I was a kid.
OK, just figured out day 2 -- At the bottom of the video page, you will see the button to Add to Fitness Tracker. Below that button in small print you can clink on the link that says, Add Workout to Different Day.
