1st GOAL: 145lbs (ACHIEVED! 144.6lbs on 6/4/09)

I've pretty much been dieting since I was 13 years old. Its been a long journey and there have been ups (barely, till now) and downs (MANY) but I have definitely learned a lot about myself and have finally done what I needed to do in order to lose the weight. For years, (for reasons I do not know) it seemed IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight, and I thought I would just have to make peace with a body I did not feel comfortable in. Thankfully, I overcame that and have given myself a body I CAN be comfortable and confident in!

OMG! Look at your weight loss you are amazing! I am so proud of you. Way to go.

I've finally returned to SP after a massive break due to studying overload. I managed to pass my foundation degree but I have another two years to go to gain my full degree.
