My Goals:
To live a healthier life.

WE DID IT! A good friend set a goal to run the Indianapolis Mini Marathon, and today was that day. We not only both made it, we had great times as well, especially for our first time!

My Program:
*Eliminated soda, most sugar, and candy.

*Started eating Breakfast

*Eat the majority of my daily calories before 2 pm.

*I started walking a little each day regardless of the weather. Now I am up to a minimum of an hour a day (usually at lunch).



Personal Information:
Last December, I weighed a whopping 298 lbs and at that weight, I finally realized it was time for a change.

Spark has been a tremendous help.

Start:
298.8 LBS & 44% Body Fat

Currently:
246.6 LBS & 31.5% Body Fat

Other Information:
My favorite activity has to be backpacking with my camera.

I have recently joined a local wilderness club, so I will be able to experince many new outdoor activities such as canoeing, kayaking, climbing, biking, and even skiing.

Hi there Vic - sorry for the super delayed reaction here, catching up on spark life after slacking off for the last couple months. Thanks for the kinds words on my page. You asked about how to create virtual images of yourself. I lost the link, but I remember that I found a few websites listed when I searched spark help (try virtual self, images, etc as keywords).
