Hello!
I'm not exactly sure how to introduce myself, but I'm Victoria and like most people here I've been struggling with my weight for quite some time. I was very athletic as a teenager, resulting in bulky muscles that turned kind of flabby later on. I've conquered some of that, but now I'd like to get my ideal body: cut, lean, and healthy. I don't think I have too far to go, but it's that last bit that is taking oh-so-long to get rid of.
I'm trying to commit myself to this, and take my goals more seriously than ever before in hopes of success. I think being held accountable and documenting everything will help!

I'm Victoria, I'm from Edmonton, Alberta.

After competing in Freestyle skiing for many years, I've found a love for running. I've recently picked up strength training again to help with the running and overall fitness.

I also love yoga and meditation. It's changed my life more than I could've ever imagined.
