Victoria is Determined!

Here I am again, losing those same pounds that I lost several times before.

My plan is to eat natural foods - lots of vegetables - and stay away from sugar, flour and processed foods.

However, it's exercise that I need to emphasize. As soon as I move, and have more time, I'm going to start a daily routine to get in shape.

My Goals:
Primarily, I want to get healthy. I have high blood pressure and my cholestrol is going up. But, losing weight to look good is important too.

My Program:
Not on any specific diet, but I like the idea of "if you can't grow it, don't eat it".

Personal Information:
I moved to Nashville two years ago and love it. So much so, that I've completely put aside my plans to diet and exercise and get healthy. But I'm finally at a point where this is now my first goal. I'm going to do this!
