I want to lose weight so that I can feel better about myself, for a million reasons. But I want to try to do the Spark-Advice and try to learn to not associate weight loss with happiness. I don't want to do a diservice to myself and assume all things in my life will change once I've lost weight. That will surely be a more healthy version of me!
