I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50 Pound Challenge TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. These are excellent resources that will help keep you on the path you've chosen. Come on... let's get healthy TOGETHER!!! Together WE can do anything! . I havenít seen a blog for you in a while. Blogging is a great way to get out some of the frustrations, talk to someone, get it down in black and white. It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. Give it a try. I blogged over 300 days last year. Only missed a few. It helps keep me accountable.
Also using the nutrition tracker, itís a VALUABLE Tool. It might take a bit of getting used to, but when you do, you can track your foods quickly and easily. It helps to see what we are doing so we can change things up. Keep doing that and making adjustments as needed.
Do little things, little changes and eventually the big picture will look so much better. It's not an 'all or nothing' here on Spark People. We do really care, this is a great team, so jump right in and join hands with us as we strive to get a healthier lifestyle, one day at a time.
