Pretty much, I'm the average mid-western college student wanting to be healthier than I currently am. Personally, I'm happy where I am now, but I'm not naive enough to think that I wouldn't be happier running a marathon or being able to cook food not fried in oil. As far as goals go, I would love to be about 15 pounds less than I am now. More importantly, I want to be physically HEALTHY. I think people pay too much attention to their mass. As far as goals go, I would love to be about 15 pounds less than I am now. More importantly, I want to be physically HEALTHY. I think people pay too much attention to their mass. I want to be able to run a fair distance, keep up with a 12 year old niece or nephew at a playground, and do 30 push-ups straight, to name a few. If I manage to be able to do all that, and not lose a pound, so be it.

Thanks for the support! If you want the kind of fitness to do 30 push ups, this site may help you! http://hundredpushups.com/ Another tip I learned with push ups: If you aren't strong enough to do them on your toes, put your hands on the steps and keep your feet on the floor. Then move down a step as you get stronger till you're on the floor.
Happy sparking!

Hi Victorea! Thanks for swinging by my blog! Welcome to SP! It's a great site with loads of resources. I see you're interested in doing pushups. The best program I've found for that is the 100 Pushups site. http://hundredpushups.com/ It builds you up over time. I've worked it before and it's amazing how quickly you go from like 5 to 100. There's even an app for it if iThings are your thing. If you need any help finding your way, just give me a shout!
