I'm just trying to eat between 1500 to 1550 calories a day..drink my water and exercise a least four time a week for 30 min or more.

I live in a little town in Florida..love to fish and just hang out on the boat

I am a CPR instructor (new)
I have a ham radio license KJ4CEE
I have a EMT-B license(but have not been able to get hired..due to being to fat.(.at least that's what I think)
