Changing One Addiction for Another

I'm starting my life over...I will be a new person...I will get off of these meds...I will change my life through exercise and eating right. I will fuel my body with GREAT things.

I do not really know what my HIEGHEST weight is, because really who wants to weigh themselves to just cry. But the first time i do recall weighing in i was at 320lbs.

I've quickly come to learn that it takes a lot of work and dedictaion to see the results I so long to see.

1 Complete a 5k (DONE)
2 Complete a 5k in under 50 minutes (DONE)
3 Learn Spanish (I bought the Rosetta Stone series 6/2012)(I have yet to use it)
4 Take Salsa lessons
5 Go grape stomping
6 Lose 100 pounds
7 Walking and camping at the Grand Canyon
8 Helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon
9 Walk all 60 miles of the 3-Day (DONE11/13)
10 Go on a safari
11 Walk the rim of a volcano
12 Take a cruise to Alaska
13 Complete a half marathon (DONE)
14 Learn to ride a bike
15 Weight under 170lbs
16 Go parasailing
17 Complete a 10k (DONE)

18 Complete a 5k walking/running in under 40 minutes
19 Complete a 10k walking/running in under 90 minutes
20 Complete a half marathon walking/running in under 3hrs
21 Swim with the dolphins
22 Go snorkeling (DONE)
23 Ride a horse (must weigh under 250)

I love the HIIT Leslie S dvd, too. It is a workout, but fun. Love the music. Good to know that we will be doing it together.
