My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 110 pounds. I am working on breaking it down into smaller goals with rewards. I will post that when I have them done!
My Program:
I am watching what/how much I eat. I don't always do the greatest, but I am learning from my mistakes. I am working on getting back on track with my work outs. I have been walking 30-45 minutes a day for the last week. I am going to build up from there. I am also working on drinking more water. I know that is an essential part in losing weight!
