    It's good to see and meet you here on Single Parents..... Good luck on your goal(s) and I'm here if you need help on this site. Take care and talk to you soon. Stay focused and have a positive attitude will help. I'm here to keep you encouraged and to be supportive.

    To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME:::
    1) come in, read the posts, and do your postings
    2) read, join any teams that you think you like, go to My Spark Points (click there) and spin the wheel, (that is where you go everyday to start with those points)
    3) get it know the people and make new friendships
    4) read some article.... (you make points reading these too)
    5) make yourself to exercise like walking, jogging, or whatever you would like to do
    6) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself

    If there is anything that I can do to help, give me a holler. If I do not know the answer, I will find it. Our leaders are really great and help when you need it too. So don't hesitate to ask. That is why we are here ...I'm a single Mom of 3 grown sons......
    Anytime I'm online, I will try to help you as much I can. If I am not online, just send me a spark and when I come on, I will answer it. Good Luck and enjoy....If I can do it; emoticon
