Congrats on reaching your weight loss goal! I'm so happy for you. I also wanted to thank you for all the helpful advice you have given me (especially with the correct form on the machines). Hi Vicki! I just got your email. Thank you so much for stopping by and giving some good advice! I actually got down in Sept of 07 to 170 and was just starting to get some muscles from hikes in my neighborhood with wrist weights, and also taebo. Now I cant say I get them from strength training :( Im not to afraid of muscles, BUT Iam a fish out of water when it comes to gym. I LOVE cardio dvds and love working out in my house. I just dont know where, or what to start with at a gym. So if you can come up with a starting plan that would be awesome! i live in a complex that has its own gym ( limited to equipment but as all the basics ) My first goal is to get back to my 170 and then from there at 135/140.
