I want to get healthy, I want to eat healthy, I want to enjoy standing on my scales and seeing what it shows me. I don't want to think people are talking about how fat I am. I want to enjoy being me!
Eating veggies - never done before. Eating fruit - (other than a cursory Apple once a week) - take regular exercise (other than lifting a glass) and finally drink water (without whisky in it)
I like to think I am a happy person who loves my life. (Is that another way of saying, I am a fatty) My only issue is my bad lifestyle. I need to change and I need to do it now before I get too old to make a difference!
I love meeting new people and talk way too much. I often carry on through the night while others sleep so as not to drive them away with my innane chatter!
