I am motivated and determined to reach my goal. Nine months into the healthy life style and still going strong.....for the most part. There are days I waiver and I still hate exercising. Have discovered Pilates using the reformer and love it. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it isn't a train. Yea! 4/5/10

Finally I am motivated a little bit. I have pulled some of the cloths from in back of my closet that are a size smaller and I can wear about half of them. Dresses and skirts are still a bit snug for my taste but pants and jackets fit perfectly. Yeah for me. My determination to continue the healthy eating and 4 days a week exercising is stronger than ever. Even though I'm not feeling the best right now with cold and flu season trying to knock me down I will not be side tracked. 9/16/09

Joined a gym on 6/8/09. Have a personal trainer. Dit the FitPoint testing, Metobolic testing and CardioPoint testing. Now have a set plan to reach my goal.

Two months after joining the gym still determined and going strong. Food intake is lower in calories but need to get more complex carbs for enough energy to work out. Still not motivated though. I hate working out.

I joined SparksPeople back in August 06. Did well for two months and lost focus in October 06. Here I am back again to recommitt to a healthier eating and exercise program. My favorite excercise is swimming which I do daily during warm weather. I am trying to find my internal determination to keep focused.

The above information was entered in early 2007. It is now Jan 2008 and I haven't tracked anything or been on the site in well over 8 months. My title page is VERY appropriate.

My daughter got me started on SP in 2006 and has recently renewed her goals and encourged me to begin again. So here I am. This time I'll make it

My goal is to not be depressed, get healthy and fit and of course loose weight. Lot's of weight. BUT body fat loss is more important now.

Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day. Never quite make 7.

New Year New Program: 1/25/10: Total Team Fitness; Mon, Wed, Fri @7pm. Personal Trainer; Thurs @6pm.

10/19/09: Graduated to Team Fitness Mon/Wed/Fri @6:30pm focusing on loss of body fat. Todate have reduced body fat by 13%.
Personal Trainer Thurs 7pm.

Starting 8/5/09: Team Weight LossFitness Class Mon/Wed/Fri @6pm.
Personal Trainer Thurs 7pm.

Take the stairs in between floors at work.

I am notorious for starting projects, getting bored with the details or routine and leaving them incomplete. Somewhat OCD I tend to want to have everything I need and in perfect order. So I get lost in the order and don't accomplish the task.
