My Goals:
i would like to walk 25 miles a week and lose 20 pounds by august or september... no rush!

My Program:
walk 25 miles a week with 3 days of strength training. one day of elliptical too.

i'm a south jersey girl who lives near the beach and loves to be outdoors. i have 3 children who i have stayed home with now for 10 years.

Ok so The Battle hasn't started "YET"..BUT I just had to swing by to let you know I'm STOKED you joined!!

This is called a Battle for a reason..This journey we face on a daily basis is NOT for the weak at heart..That is why YOUR here!!
YOU know its "YOUR" time!!
I say it ALL the time..Don't let ANYTHING stand in the way of what YOU deserve!!
YOU CAN make this happen.YOU can be fit,and healthy..Don't forget "ENVIED" emoticon
Just give us these 8 weeks..8 weeks of YOUR BEST! You will be glad you did..I promise you! If you are consistent the results will speak for themselves.
