One day at a time! You can do it-I can do it- we all can do it!!! Baby steps making lifestyle changes-one day at a time! Or sometimes maybe 1 change in a week or two-however long it takes-to make it a habit-everyone is different! Sometimes we fall down-then get right back up-dust ourselves off & start all over. Keep healthy foods around you not bad foods-that does help & a good place to start. I'm almost to my 2nd month-have been concentrating on eating right-didn't realize how bad my nutrition was until I started tracking! Was suprised! Got sugars down almost to normal doing this!
