I just put on the tunes and go. Back when I joined on 4-22, my goal was to be 145 by 8-1, thinking 'yeah right'. Well here I am at 145 on 8-1, my 45th birthday! All due to the support and knowledge gained from SP. I've been coasting. I have learned this new lifestyle and it is working! I am at at a weight I thought I would never see. I did it! I don't feel like I need to be a 2 or 4, that is not me. My focus is on health and not constantly on pant size. I need a new goal and I think that is a 5K -yikes did I just say that? Better get my shoes on. I just passed my original goal of 140, on to 135? I'm at 135, wow who would have thought I would have made it here! I'm more interested in being healthy than my weight, it just is a nice side effect. My goal is to be fit enough to remain strong, capable, and healthy, and live a long, independent life—one that's rich with family, friends, fun and memories. –NICOLE Love the above quote by Nicole.
