Lifestyle: the way in which a group or person lives.

Hi, i am a wife, mom to three, active at school, church. Need to have more focus on me and a more active lifestyle.

I love to walk at our local high school track field. I just put on the tunes and go.

I've been coasting. I have learned this new lifestyle and it is working! I am at at a weight I thought I would never see. I did it! I don't feel like I need to be a 2 or 4, that is not me. My focus is on health and not constantly on pant size. I need a new goal and I think that is a 5K -yikes did I just say that? Better get my shoes on.

I just passed my original goal of 140, on to 135?

I'm at 135, wow who would have thought I would have made it here! I'm more interested in being healthy than my weight, it just is a nice side effect.

Thanks for the goodie...it is great to see how well you are doing. It gives me hope that maybe, just maybe I can get there too. Maintaining will probably take a bit of adjusting until you figure out the right balance for you.
