I just want to thank you for the comment on my blog, I found it incredibly helpful.
As ridiculous as it may sound, alot of what you brought up I had never thought about in that particular way. Specifically the "hamster wheel" exercising and blurring of the "diet" and "fatass" modes.
I will definitely check out "A Guide to Flexible Dieting".
And thank you again for your advice.
I shall work toward putting it to use immediately.
